Duolingo is a free language learning site. It will send email reminders if you don't keep up with the lessons!
Mango Languages is available through the askri.org suite of services. Sign in with your google account. Over 70 different languages (including Pirate, matey!) and translation service. This video will give you an idea of how Mango works.
Babelfish is an instant translator, but offers Yabla Spanish Video Immersion courses which are free for two weeks.
